Amersham Auction Rooms are not dealers, and do not buy goods from sellers, but act as agents only for Sellers.
There is virtually no limit upon the range of goods that can be sold at auction.
It was once said that Amersham Auction Rooms "used to handle virtually anything except ex-husbands and fur coats, .. now they even sell fur coats!" However, if it breathes, cries, complains or needs feeding - it should be classified as livestock ... and this is not in their area of expertise!
The following are some examples of items that would probably be better discussed, by appointment with a specialist Valuer from the Auction Rooms, either in the showroom, or at the Sellers home :-

Whilst some electrical goods are sold, they are offered without either warranty or guarantee and must be in good working order. Please see our Terms & Conditions of Engagement
A new catalogue for "Victorian and later furniture and household effects", is available on this website from Tuesday lunch-time each week.
Buyers who seek specific items may have their details added to a database (Search & Alert) so that they can be alerted by e-mail of anything potentially suitable coming up for Auction.
Houses are not sold, but the Auction Rooms do have extensive contacts and would be happy to make appropriate recommendations.
