Immediately after an Auction, it is unlikely that Auction Room staff will be available to help Buyers to load their vehicles. Buyers should therefore ensure that they provide the necessary manpower for vehicle loading, or hire appropriate transport.
At the request of a Buyer, small items that do not require specialist facilities, can usually be packed and desptached to a nominated destination by the Auction Rooms, subject to a small handling charge, in addition to the appropriate cost of mailing. This service will be provided on the strict understanding that whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the packing is adequate, the Auction Rooms cannot be held responsible in any way for any loss or damage arising from their involvement.
In all other instances, such specialist services can be provided by our nominated carriers, Clarks of Amersham; who will do all that is necessary to dispatch goods safely to locations throughout world. Clarks have considerable experience in handling everything from routine household goods to valuable antiques, largely gained during many years of operating their complete home and office contents removal service throughout the UK and mainland Europe - a service that is to be commended.
Whether buying or selling single or multiple lots by auction, or even arranging a complete house clearance, other specialist services may often be required; particularly when valuable antiques, delicate or unusually heavy items are to be moved and/or stored.
The following competitively priced services, and many others, are also available from the same carrier - Clarks of Amersham
