Neither an entrance fee, nor ticket is required to either pre-view items that are for sale by auction, or to experience the actual auction itself, which will normally commence at 10.30am.
Goods consigned for sale by auction may be viewed :-
No pre-viewing of goods for Auction will be allowed outside the prescribed hours.
Because the Auction Rooms have responsibility for other peoples’ goods, often including rare and/or very valuable items, children are not encouraged during either viewing or auction days. However, well behaved children, in the care of their parents or guardians, will be allowed in the interests of good customer relations. Please see our House Rules.

There is no charge for attending an auction. You are welcome to come and go as you please
We would prefer to say "No": but to do so, excludes those who are properly behaved. We have responsibility for other peoples' goods and unruly, irresponsible behaviour will not be tolerated from children or adults
Goods are on view every Tuesday from 2.00pm to 5.00pm, the following day, from 9.30am to 8.00pm and on Thursdays, before the auction, between 9.00am and 10.25am. The auctions commence at 10.30am on Thursdays
There is limited space for pushchairs/prams. If a baby or very young child persistently makes a noise, it is disruptive to proceedings and rather than cause us embarrassment we would prefer that the parent or guardian took the initiative and decided to leave
These are posted in each catalogue and available during viewing, at the auction rooms
